Chicken Same Duck Talk
LOGO DESIGN
Chicken Same Duck Talk is a Diary of an Australian Teacher in China by Asheg Brom. He wanted a logo icon to suit the title of the book. We collaborated and come up something asian in style and colour while symbolising the title.
What does “Chicken Same Duck Talk” mean? It’s from a Chinese expression about miscommunication, ji tong ya jiang (鸡同鸭讲), meaning “I might as well be a chicken talking to a duck”…however, it literally translates as “Chicken Same Duck Talk”.

“Tamara plays a big part of our team at A Fitting Connection. No matter the type of design job we throw at Tamara she understands exactly want the clients wants and needs and hits a home run each time. Tamara’s eye for design maybe her biggest strength but it’s closely followed by her understanding on how to make the designs also functional. A Fitting Connection wouldn’t be the same without her.”
